
In the United States Federal grants are economic aid issued by the United States government out of the general federal revenue. A federal Grant is an award of financial assistance from a federal agency to a recipient to carry out a public purpose of support or stimulation authorized by a law of the United States.
Federal and state grant money has been around almost as long as our country has. It provides a way for anybody to obtain money for various things. Paying off debt, getting an education, paying off your mortgage, repairing your credit, plus many many more reasons.
The great thing is that ANY US citizen can apply and is eligible to recieve Federal Government, State Government and Private Foundation funded grants and loans. Another nice things is that these programs do not require any type of credit check, collateral, security deposits, or co signers. Even if you've declared bankruptcy or have horrible credit. As long as you are a US citizen you are entitled to apply for this fee money.
So why in the world doesn't everybody apply for this so called free money? Here's the reason. There are literally thousands of types of Government grants and loans all with varying qualifications to obtain this free money. It would take forever to research all this information to come up with a plan of which grants to go after for your individual situation.
